  • Lead the development and submission of annual emissions inventories, ensuring high-fidelity recordkeeping and reporting.
  • Oversee critical field activities, including stack testing and fugitive emissions monitoring, to ensure data accuracy and regulatory alignment.
  • Interpret evolving regulatory changes and update internal programs to maintain a "compliance-ahead" posture.
  • Supervise and mentor the Air and Emissions team, providing technical review of work and supporting professional growth.
  • Work closely with Operations and Engineering on project planning to assess how operational changes impact emissions and permitting.
  • Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, external consultants, and partners to maintain transparent and professional communications.
  • Develop and manage budgets, resource planning, and forecasts for all air quality initiatives.

Your Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • Strong familiarity with air regulations in Ohio and Pennsylvania is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Title V, PSD, NSPS, and NESHAP regulations
  • Exceptional analytical skills to assess risk and implement long-term mitigation strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements for senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
