Job Title: AI Training Specialist
Location: Chantilly, VA.

Position Summary:
  • We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced AI Training Specialist to lead the development and delivery of training programs that support the adoption and responsible use of AI technologies across a prominent independent federal agency focused on financial system stability.
  • This role will be critical in enabling workforce readiness for AI-driven transformation, including Agentic AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and traditional AI systems. The specialist will design learning experiences that build technical fluency, promote ethical AI practices, and empower cross-functional teams to leverage AI tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development
    • Design and implement comprehensive AI training curricula tailored to various roles (e.g., analysts, engineers, policy staff).
    • Develop hands-on workshops, e-learning modules, and documentation covering GenAI, Agentic AI, and traditional AI concepts.
    • Create onboarding materials for new users of the enterprise AI platform.
  • Delivery & Facilitation
    • Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and interactive labs to build user confidence and capability.
    • Facilitate scenario-based learning and use case walkthroughs to demonstrate practical applications of AI tools.
    • Provide one-on-one coaching and support for teams adopting AI in their workflows.
  • Content Management & Updates
    • Maintain and update training materials to reflect evolving technologies, platform features, and governance policies.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex AI concepts into accessible learning content.
    • Monitor learner feedback and performance to continuously improve training effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
