  • Translate scientific and clinical questions into production-ready systems, including APIs, pipelines, and user-facing tools
  • Work directly with wet lab teams to ensure that computational outputs are tested and refined through experiments
  • Contribute to product direction by identifying opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve biological design
  • Move quickly from prototype to production, balancing speed with reliability

Basic qualifications

  • Strong foundation in software development best practices, including version control, testing, deployment, and security.
  • Proven ability to build, maintain, and scale backend systems or APIs in production environments
  • Experience contributing to production-grade data AI-driven applications
  • Alignment with Dyno's core values - We seek individuals who step up when things get tough, recalibrate when priorities shift, and thrive in a high-expectation environment
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset - you don't just identify challenges; you find solutions

Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with LLMs, agent-based systems, or modern AI workflows
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments involving experimental teams
  • Python expertise strongly preferred
