Opportunity OverviewThe AI Process Intelligence Specialist is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and quality across the firm by leveraging Process Intelligence. This role focuses on leveraging event data to mine processes, and track and report on process improvement opportunities. By implementing AI-driven process mining, the Specialist identifies opportunities for optimization and drives measurable improvements in efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply strong knowledge of data structures, event logs, and system-generated transactional data to reconstruct how work flows across systems and teams.
- Extract, transform, and analyze event-level and transactional data from multiple sources.
- Link and integrate data across systems to create a comprehensive view of end-to-end processes.
- Identify process bottlenecks, variations, and inefficiencies through data analysis.
- Generate insights to support automation and process optimization opportunities.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable process improvement insights for stakeholders.
Position Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years, preferred 5 years experience in process intelligence and/or automation.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping and analytical techniques
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven process mining tools and methodologies
- Understanding of automation technologies and their application in business processes
- Experience with data governance practices and data integrity management
- Ability to define, track, and report on metrics and frameworks that measure process improvement outcomes
- Preferred experience using enterprise process mining platforms (e.g., Signavio, Celonis) to analyze and optimize business processes
