AI Model Validator

We are seeking an experienced AI Model Validator to join our growing team. The AI Model Validator will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our AI models used in patient care. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Nashville, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate and test AI models used in patient care to ensure accuracy and effectiveness

- Develop and implement validation protocols and procedures

- Work closely with the AI development team to identify and address any issues or discrepancies in the models

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the validation process

- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in AI model validation

- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques

- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
