Position SummarySeeking an experienced
AI Delivery Lead to oversee the successful execution of multiple AI and GenAI initiatives. The role will manage day-to-day delivery activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of AI solutions.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Piscataway, NJ is $120-135 k/year & benefits (see below).
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, and automation initiatives.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
- Coordinate architects, developers, business teams, and client stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to AI governance, security, and delivery standards.
- Track project milestones, business outcomes, and value realization.
- Provide executive-level status updates and drive issue resolution.
Required Skills- 8+ years of program/project delivery experience as an Engineering Leader, with 3+ years leading AI initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI solutions, Microsoft AI ecosystem, and AI governance.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent AI projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications- PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs.
