Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to oversee the successful execution of multiple AI, Generative AI, and automation initiatives in complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong program and project delivery experience, with the ability to coordinate architects, developers, business teams, and client stakeholders while managing timelines, risks, dependencies, governance, and business outcomes. This role requires strong knowledge of AI/GenAI solutions, the Microsoft AI ecosystem, and AI governance, along with demonstrated leadership in enterprise AI transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, and automation initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery reporting.
• Coordinate architects, developers, business teams, and client stakeholders across multiple initiatives.
• Manage multiple concurrent AI projects and ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure adherence to AI governance, security, compliance, and delivery standards.
• Track project milestones, business outcomes, and value realization.
• Provide executive-level status updates and communicate project health, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive issue resolution and remove delivery blockers.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions align with organizational objectives.
• Support Agile delivery practices across AI engineering and transformation initiatives.
• Provide leadership and guidance throughout the AI solution delivery lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of program/project delivery experience as an Engineering Leader.
• 3+ years of experience leading AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of AI governance and security requirements.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent AI projects.
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs.
• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
Certifications
• PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
