  • Develop prompt frameworks, playbooks, and repeatable use cases for firmwide use

Training & Adoption
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching on AI tools and best practices
  • Create user-friendly training materials, quick-reference guides, and internal communications
  • Act as a go-to resource for questions related to AI tools and capabilities
  • Develop trusted relationships with practice groups and administrative departments to understand evolving needs and identify opportunities for AI adoption.

Knowledge & Governance
  • Collaborate with the Knowledge Management team to integrate AI into existing KM systems and processes
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and internal standards for AI usage
  • Share insights and recommendations with KM leadership and firm stakeholders
  • Promote responsible, effective, and secure use of AI across the firm

Evaluation & Innovation
  • Evaluate new tools and features with a practical, user-focused lens
  • Stay informed on emerging AI trends, particularly as they relate to legal services
  • Be flexible and willing to adapt to the changing needs of the position as AI continues to mature.

Qualifications:

Required
  • 2-5 years of professional experience (legal, consulting, professional services, or technology-related roles preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and explain them in clear, practical terms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work effectively in a project-based environment
  • Interest in AI, legal technology, and innovation

  • Experience delivering training or presenting to professional audiences
  • Exposure to Knowledge Management, legal operations, or practice support functions

Key Competencies:
