JOB SUMMARY

The IT AI Enablement Specialist helps put TTI's growing AI strategy into practice across business functions by turning new AI capabilities into clear communications, practical training, and repeatable adoption processes. This role partners with IT and cross-functional business partners to coordinate AI enablement activities, develop user-facing education for AI tools and techniques, support stakeholder engagement, and assist with execution of priority AI initiatives as needed. The position serves as a bridge between technical teams and business users to help drive awareness, adoption, and measurable business value from AI capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS
  • Supports the operationalization of the AI strategy by coordinating communications, training, adoption activities, and enablement materials across business functions.
  • Develops clear, business-friendly communications that explain new AI capabilities, use cases, expected benefits, timelines, and adoption expectations for internal stakeholders.
  • Creates and maintains training content, work instructions, FAQs, quick reference guides, presentations, and other resources for new AI tools, techniques, and processes.
  • Coordinates stakeholder engagement activities including meeting preparation, status updates, feedback collection, action item tracking, and communication follow-through.
  • Assists in identifying change management needs and supports adoption plans that improve awareness, confidence, and effective use of AI-enabled solutions.
  • Organizes and maintains AI enablement resources, training calendars, communication plans, project documentation, and related knowledge repositories.
  • Collects user feedback, training participation insights, and adoption signals to help evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements to AI communications and training materials.
  • Assists in translating technical AI concepts into practical business language that can be understood by audiences at varying levels of AI knowledge.
  • Supports preparation of executive-ready updates, project summaries, benefit realization materials, and presentations related to AI initiatives.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders as needed to coordinate information, clarify requirements, support demos, and communicate new AI capabilities.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, information systems, education, organizational development, or related discipline is required.
  • Experience developing communications, training materials, work instructions, presentations, or stakeholder-facing documentation.
  • Experience supporting technology adoption, change management, project coordination, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to partner with business areas, gather feedback, clarify needs, and convert information into practical communication and training deliverables.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to support users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and related collaboration platforms.
  • Exposure to AI tools, automation, data analytics, reporting, or digital transformation concepts preferred.
  • Experience preparing leadership updates, project status summaries, training plans, or adoption materials preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a cross-functional team.


OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to travel (post-COVID) up to 10%. It is anticipated this position will travel 0-10%

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
