Position SummaryThe AI Business Solutions Lead will identify, evaluate, and implement AI-enabled tools that improve business processes, reduce manual work, drive improved customer experience, and enhance productivity across the organization. This role will stay current on the evolving AI solutions market, assess fit-for-purpose technologies, and partner with functional leaders to translate business needs into practical, scalable AI use cases. The ideal candidate combines strong business process understanding, curiosity about emerging AI capabilities, and the ability to work cross-functionally to prioritize opportunities, build implementation plans, support adoption, and measure business impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy & Tool Evaluation- Identify high-value opportunities to apply AI across end-to-end business processes and functional workflows.
- Monitor the AI tools market, evaluate vendors and platforms, and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions aligned with business needs and company strategy.
- Develop business cases, AI roadmaps, and implementation plans that connect technology choices to measurable productivity, quality, and service improvements.
- Partner with executive and functional leaders to prioritize AI initiatives based on business value, feasibility, risk, and adoption readiness.
Business Process Improvement- Analyze current workflows, decision points, and manual work to identify AI, automation, and process improvement opportunities.
- Design practical AI-enabled solutions that reduce rework, improve decision-making, and enhance internal and external customer experiences.
- Continuously optimize AI implementations based on business feedback and performance data.
Solution Implementation & Support- Develop AI assistants, copilots, prompt libraries, and workflow automations that support priority business use cases.
- Configure and maintain approved AI platforms in partnership with IT and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT on integrations between AI tools and enterprise systems.
- Assist with testing, deployment, ongoing support, and user feedback loops.
Governance, Risk & Responsible AI- Ensure AI usage complies with company policies, legal requirements, and data privacy standards.
- Develop AI governance documentation, usage guidelines, and responsible adoption practices.
- Monitor responsible AI practices including bias, security, confidentiality, and ethical use.
- Partner with Legal, HR, IT, and Information Security on AI-related policies.
Adoption, Training & Change Management- Educate employees on effective and responsible AI use.
- Develop training materials, playbooks, prompt libraries, and best practices.
- Lead AI adoption initiatives and promote practical integration of AI into daily work.
- Provide coaching to leaders and employees on identifying use cases and applying AI tools effectively.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement- Track AI adoption, utilization, productivity improvements, ROI, and business outcomes.
- Develop dashboards and reporting to illustrate AI impact and adoption progress.
- Recommend improvements based on performance data, user feedback, and evolving business needs.
Cross-Functional Partnership- Work across HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, IT, Legal, and Information Security to understand functional needs and implement AI-enabled solutions.
- Translate business requirements into clear use cases, solution criteria, adoption plans, and success metrics.
- Facilitate workshops to identify automation and AI-enabled process improvement opportunities.
- Serve as a practical internal advisor on AI-enabled business solutions and responsible tool adoption.
QualificationsRequired- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, data analytics, engineering, or related.
- 3-5+ years of experience in AI enablement, business process improvement, automation, analytics, digital transformation, product management, or technology consulting.
- Experience evaluating, selecting, or implementing generative AI, workflow automation, analytics, or enterprise productivity platforms.
Preferred- AI or cloud certifications
- Experience leading cross-functional implementation efforts and supporting organizational change management.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI governance, integration concepts, and vendor evaluation is preferred.
