Qualifications - Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, strong exposure to analytics and reporting. - Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors). - Strong understanding of AI capabilities, trends, and automation. - Strong organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines. - Possess business acumen and an understanding of how to incorporate AI solutions that positively contribute to business operations. - Demonstrated ability translate data into actionable insights. - Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and present ideas and content that influence a favorable outcome. - Results oriented and has proven project management experience.
