Job Description:

The AI Analyst II independently manages AI use case intake, workflow analysis, and backlog coordination to help the organization identify, prioritize, and operationalize high-impact AI opportunities. This role partners directly with stakeholders across business, product, and operations teams, translates needs into clear solution requirements, and supports scalable AI execution through strong documentation, prioritization, and adoption tracking. Depending on business needs and assignment, some to all of the responsibilities below may apply.

Own AI Use Case Intake & Prioritization
Independently evaluate, structure, and manage AI use case submissions, ensuring opportunities are clearly defined and aligned with business value, feasibility, and strategic priorities.
  • Serve as an intake point for new AI use case requests and assess alignment with organizational priorities
  • Translate department workflows, pain points, and goals into actionable AI use case specifications
  • Help prioritize requests across prompts, skills, connectors, agents, and application layers


Manage AI Backlog, Documentation & Execution Readiness
Maintain a clear and well-structured backlog that supports efficient handoff, execution planning, and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
  • Manage backlog items to ensure requirements, use cases, and dependencies are well documented and execution-ready
  • Maintain feature, function, workflow, and prompt documentation to support clarity, reuse, and continuous improvement
  • Support ongoing refinement of libraries and reusable AI assets that improve scalability and consistency


Drive Stakeholder Alignment, Onboarding & Adoption Insight
Partner with business, product, and operational teams to support onboarding, readiness, and successful use of AI capabilities.
  • Interface directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and support rollout of AI-driven solutions
  • Contribute to onboarding and enablement efforts that help teams adopt AI tools and workflows effectively
  • Track, analyze, and report on adoption, usage, and performance indicators to identify expansion opportunities and friction points


Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, with 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, product operations, process improvement, transformation, or related roles. Candidates should have experience translating business needs into technical or semi-technical requirements, managing work intake or backlogs, and supporting cross-functional delivery. Familiarity with AI ecosystems, prompt or workflow libraries, onboarding and enablement activities, and adoption or ROI tracking is preferred. Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to operate independently in a fast-evolving environment.
