Full Job Description
AI Adoption is a new team at Suno that embeds with non-engineering functions (Growth, People, Legal, Finance, and beyond) to find opportunities for AI. As the first hire on the team, you9ll lead that work end to end: embedding with a team, building trust and understanding their pain points, figuring out where AI genuinely helps (and where it doesn9t), teaching people to use it well, and shepherding solutions from idea to adoption. You9ll both build things yourself and partner with engineers when the work goes deeper. This role will also build out AI trainings for the company and work with leadership and IT to shape how we think about tracking, guardrails, and cost.
What You9ll Do
Lead AI adoption for non-engineering teams end to end - embedding deeply, building trust, understanding their workflows, and reaching for the simplest solution that works, including the non-AI one.
Prototype and build solutions yourself where you can, and bring in dedicated engineering support to take things deeper when that9s the right call.
Develop AI trainings and a practical plan for rolling them out, so employees across Suno use AI effectively, safely, and confidently.
Partner with Leverage team to evaluate, vet, and roll out tools and connectors, weighing cost, security, and risk.
Shape how Suno thinks about AI usage, guidelines, and cost - bringing rigor to a fast-moving, high-trust environment.
Help make creative fulfillment a daily reality for everyone by multiplying what every team at Suno can do.
What You9ll Need Must-Haves
8+ years of experience working closely with business and non-engineering functions, ideally at a senior+ level
Hands-on technical ability to prototype and build in modern AI tooling (e.g., agentic coding and AI work environments)
An optimistic, empathetic, and responsible attitude toward AI enablement
Excellent communication and trust-building across very different audiences
Nice-to-Haves
Direct experience in an AI enablement, AI ops, or internal-tools function.
Experience standing up trainings, enablement programs, or domain knowledge bases.
Background spanning both operating and engineering or data work.
Work Location Policy
This role is expected to work from the designated Suno office 5 days a week, per Suno9s company policy. Full-time employees will receive competitive equity packages, and comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered may vary depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
