Job Description

The AI Adoption & Enablement Lead is responsible for driving enterprise-wide AI literacy, adoption, and responsible use across the Bank. This role designs, executes, and evolves the Bank's AI literacy and adoption framework, ensuring employees understand how to use approved AI tools safely, effectively, and confidently within established governance frameworks. The position serves as the strategic owner of workforce AI enablement by translating emerging AI capabilities into practical business applications, reinforcing responsible use boundaries. This role partners closely with business units, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Learning & Development to deliver measurable AI adoption outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, technology, education, related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience required.
  • Advanced degree in business administration, organizational leadership, technology, data/AI, or related discipline preferred.
  • Certifications in change management, digital transformation, or AI-related coursework highly desirable preferred.
  • Six (6)+ years of experience in enterprise program management, digital transformation, workforce enablement, change management, or related field inclusive of:
  • Experience operating within a regulated environment, preferably financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI, generative AI, and emerging technologies, including capabilities, limitations, practical applications, and associated risks.
  • Advanced program and project management capability
  • Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, risk-aligned business guidance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation ability
  • Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills
  • Ability to influence across departments without direct authority
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to track and interpret adoption metrics
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, generative AI platforms)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
