Branch Manager who will lead a team to success while driving profitable sales, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring operational success.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring all staff are technically competent, industry knowledgeable, and customer focused.
- Achieve sales and profit objectives through sales strategies, cost control measures, and effective use of capital and human resources.
- Create efficient processes to improve customer service, administration, and operations.
- Oversee the maintenance, safety, and operation of all equipment and assets related to the location.
- Develop and manage the annual operating budget in collaboration with management, including sales and service revenue targets, operational costs, and staffing plans.
- Maintain a solid understanding of industry trends and products to advise customers and employees effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including licenses, certifications, and safety standards.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE - Proven leadership experience, including hiring, supervising, and developing staff.
- Strong organizational, financial, and operational management skills.
- Experience in sales and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and operational safety practices.
- Familiarity with industry products, services, and market trends.
- Ability to meet or exceed financial and operational objectives.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems, multitask, and manage time effectively.

SALARY RANGE: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00We recognize that exceptional talent doesn't always fit neatly into a bracket. If your qualifications and experience exceed our normal requirements, we are willing to consider a higher rate.
