  • Refine processes to improve quality and productivity
  • Strengthen team presence in Agile communities and contribute to practices

Responsibilities:

  • Coach and lead an agile team withina scaled agile framework (SAFe)
  • Facilitate teambreakouts to plan work and create PI objectives during PI Planning
  • Facilitateplanning and execution of work during a Program Increment through sprintplanning, retrospectives, and demos
  • Facilitatebacklog refinement by collaborating with the product owners and businessanalysts
  • Track andremove impediments to improve agile team's efficiency and effectiveness;reaching out to the larger organizational network for impedimentremoval; ensuring cross-team coordination
  • Maintainrelevant metrics to understand how well the team is doing and identifyareas of improvement
  • Performcapacity planning to help teams plan iterations and increments
  • Collaboratewith other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and ensure consistencyacross teams
  • Liaison witharchitects, cyber security SMEs, and other stakeholders; fosteringquality communication between engineering disciplines
  • Manage productreleases and dependencies between teams and third parties or betweenassigned teams and other Scrum teams
  • Supportdevelopment of product roadmaps
  • Coach the teamto continuously improve and become a high performing team
  • Develop newprocesses and refine existing processes to enhance quality andproductivity
  • Strengthen thepresence of the team within the Agile communities of practice andactively contribute to the organization's Agile Community
  • Ensureappropriate staffing for assigned Epics and Features
  • Schedule andallocate work, providing advice and guidance, and resolving problems tomeet technical performance and business objectives
  • Ensure productquality and timeliness of efforts.

Requiredskills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven years of relatedexperience
  • Certified Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Scrum Master withsignificant experience coaching Scrum teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Agile background, with a minimum of three (3) years'experience leading teams using an Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile approach
  • Understanding of all elements of software development includingplanning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance,and release management
  • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strongcommunication skills and work ethic; self-starter
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass anIT-1 background investigation.

Niceto have skills:

  • SAFe Advanced ScrumMaster, SAFe Practitioner, or any other Scaled Agile Certification
  • Prior Oracle EBS FederalFinancial Management experience supporting DoD
  • Experience with OracleE-Business Suite, information exchanges, data warehouse
  • Experience with testautomation techniques and tools
  • Experience with buildingin software security (BSIMM, security touchpoints)
  • Experience withcontinuous deployment models


Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
