Position Summary
Seeking a hands-on Agile Project Manager to lead delivery of AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. This role drives execution across multiple projects, ensuring alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and enterprise partners. The ideal candidate excels in Agile delivery, project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and Azure DevOps portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple AI, automation, and digital initiatives from discovery through production.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with product owners and technical teams to maintain prioritized, delivery-ready backlogs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, legal, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve risks, blockers, dependencies, and resource constraints.
  • Maintain Azure DevOps Boards, Backlogs, Dashboards, Queries, and Delivery Plans.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
  • Drive release readiness, testing, communications, training, and deployment coordination.
  • Provide clear status updates and portfolio reporting to leadership.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience leading projects, coordinating initiatives, or supporting Agile teams through internships, co-op programs, academic projects, or professional work experience.
  • Interest in Agile methodologies, project management, technology delivery, AI, automation, or digital transformation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity, solve problems, and proactively drive action items to completion.
  • High level of accountability, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with Azure DevOps or other project management platforms is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience in project management, program management, business analysis, product operations, technology delivery, or related areas.
  • Exposure to Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban through coursework, certifications, internships, or professional experience.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Teams, Azure, or Power Platform.
  • Experience supporting AI, automation, analytics, software development, or digital transformation projects.
  • Project management or Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PMP, or SAFe (or a desire to pursue certification).
