Full Job Description
Credence has an immediate need for an Agile Development Support SME to support our Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program out of Langley AFB, VA. This position will be supporting the A25 Branch- ISR Systems/Capabilities.

The Agile Intelligence Development Operational Support SME shall use knowledge of and experience with industry and DoD developmental TTP to advise and assist ACC staff management of AF-wide agile development of intelligence tools, applications, and systems to increase integration with AF capabilities and systems and improve intelligence operational support through timely tests, assessments, and delivery of intelligence capabilities to meet validated USAF tasks.

Well-rounded IT professional with a strong foundation in system administration, security, and troubleshooting. Someone who can both maintain existing systems and implement new solutions. They are looking for a System Administrator/IT Support Specialist with a strong emphasis on security, troubleshooting, and automation. Experience with Windows, networking, and security tools is essential. Experience with encryption, virtualization, and cloud technologies would be a significant bonus as shown below in the "desired KSAs." They need someone who can communicate effectively and solve problems independently.

  • Shall provide expertise on adaptive planning, evolutionary development, and early solution delivery to support ACC lead Command responsibilities in Targeting, Analysis, Collections, PED, and other intelligence disciplines as documented in ACC CWG and other POA&Ms.
  • Support ACC-sponsored collaboration events with cross- functional organizations to address continuous process improvements to meet dynamic unit intelligence software and mission systems tasks.
  • Provide information, reports, and briefings to highlight operational and financial obligations and risks to mid-level and senior military and civilian officials at all levels of Government, including interacting with Service Components, Combat Support Agencies, and Congressional staff
  • Shall plan, support, and manage software testing, experiments, spirals, sprints, and evaluations throughout ACC, AF, Joint, DoD, and
  • Support ACC-sponsored projects using project management principles and best practices to enable synchronization and integration of requirements and capabilities throughout the lifecycle of assigned product lines.
  • Facilitate business requirements gathering, analyses, and tracking, including input into an online enterprise system for ACC/A2 to track quality and performance of efforts supporting priorities and objectives.
  • Provide expertise on tools, resources, policies, and programs that enable effective management of initiatives supporting ACC/A2
  • Assist the ACC/A2 staff with identifying, capturing, cataloging, and implementing solutions to operational capability gaps

Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Over 10 years experience and MA/MS preferred.
  • A Subject Matter Expert is an individual whose qualifications and/or particular expertise are exceptional and/or highly unique. Typically identified as recognized Industry leaders for a given area of expertise. Subject Matter Experts typically perform the following kinds of functions: Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs; Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff; Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues; Consults with client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.

  • Installation and Configuration: Installing and configuring operating systems, applications, and network devices.

  • Security: Understanding of data-at-rest and in-transit encryption and network encryption solutions (TACLANE).

  • Cloud Computing: Knowledge of cloud platforms.

Job may require the employee to be:
  • In a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Able to ascend/descend stairs as required.
  • Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs. as needed.
  • Availability to travel CONUS/OCONUS if required.
