As a Product Manager in Chase's Agentic Experience organization, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developingthe strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and long-term engagement with Chase's agentic experiences. Utilizing your deep understanding of customer behavior, digital engagement, and channel strategy, you guide how customers discover and return to agentic features translating data and research into actionable messaging, entry point, and notification strategies. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Channels, Communications, and Personalization to deliver experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities
  • Develops and owns the engagement and adoption strategy for the agentic experience, including entry points, proactive messaging, and notification frameworks that drive discoverability and repeat usage
  • Leads customer research and behavioral data analysis to identify friction points and opportunities across the customer journey, translating findings into prioritized roadmap initiatives
  • Owns and maintains a product backlog spanning messaging, engagement surfaces, and channel integrations, ensuring alignment with the broader agentic strategic roadmap
  • Builds and tracks the engagement measurement framework including adoption rate, habituation, message click-through, and retention metrics and partners with analytics teams to operationalize go/no-go criteria across rollout phases
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, with demonstrated focus on customer engagement, growth, or digital channel strategy
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, with strong fluency in behavioral analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and engagement strategies across complex, multi-channel digital products including push notifications, in-app messaging, and proactive customer communications
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams (Channels, Comms, Marketing, Analytics) and drive decisions independently without escalation

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience with AI-driven or agentic product experiences, personalization engines, or proactive customer communication platforms
