POSITION: Aftersales Business Development Specialist

LOCATION: Mississauga, Canada

SALARY RANGE: $76,000 - $93,000 CAD *

Reporting to the Aftersales Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives aimed at increasing parts sales, enhancing customer retention, and improving the overall customer experience within Customer Service. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, a keen interest in the luxury automotive market, and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with internal teams, retailers, and external business partners to help drive performance and support business objectives.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

This role offers a dynamic and varied work environment, with opportunities to contribute to multiple projects and build relationships across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives to help increase parts sales and other KPIs across the retailer network.
  • Assist in the coordination and tracking of CPP sales incentive programs and other promotions.
  • Monitor and report on parts sales and other Aftersales KPI performance.
  • Support customer initiatives aimed at enhancing customer loyalty and retention.
  • Assist in managing customer engagement programs, including branded goods and service events.
  • Support market research initiatives to identify competitive trends and contribute to informed decision-making.
  • Track and report on competitor Aftersales activities and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team on diverse projects and operational activities
  • Perform other support duties as required.
