Job Title: Aftermarket Business Manager (Parts & Service)

Reports To: Chief Sales Officer

Location: Flexible (Preference for Texas)

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Aftermarket Business Manager to lead the growth and performance of our parts and service business. This role is accountable for driving profitable aftermarket revenue, expanding service program adoption, and strengthening customer relationships across a defined region.

This is a business ownership role focused on outcomes not just activity owning the performance of parts, service, and maintenance programs.

What You'll Do

Drive growth in aftermarket parts, service, and maintenance agreement revenue

Own forecasting, pipeline management, and overall business performance

Build and manage strategic customer relationships to increase retention and long-term value

Expand service contracts and maintenance program penetration across the installed base

Partner cross-functionally with Service and Parts Operations to deliver on customer commitments
