- Elevating the collective output of the department: Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) on platform automations, educating both internal teams and external stakeholders on LIHTC income limits, Section 8 recertifications, and HOTMA transitions.
- Prioritizing urgency and transparency: Own the end-to-end technical response for complex government and enterprise RFPs/RFIs, ensuring all security, integration, and regulatory queries are addressed with absolute precision.
- Thriving in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment: Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate field regulatory shifts into scalable product features, including automated waitlist management and enhanced audit trails.
Qualifications- Proven ability to navigate and explain intricate regulatory mathematical models (such as Adjusted Gross Income calculations) in a compelling, value-driven manner to C-suite executives and property site managers alike.
