Full Job Description
Advisors, Consulting Services for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago IL). Independently leverage data to drive insights that optimize marketing strategies, campaigns, and customer engagement. Work across multiple departments including marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver actionable analytics that enhance ROI, customer acquisition, and brand performance. Apply advanced analytical expertise, marketing acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations. Independently analyze marketing campaign performance across channels (e.g., digital, social, email, paid media) to measure effectiveness, ROI, and customer engagement. Communicate and work directly with clients to help them understand their data and how it relates to their business objectives. Conduct quantitative analyses (e.g. data investigations, UI analyses, data model assessments) in a defect-free manner to provide valuable insights for clients. Create insights presentations to communicate key metrics to stakeholders using a variety of analytical tools. Partner with product, data teams, solution architects, modeling, and sales teams to align model results with business objectives and present findings to non-technical stakeholders. Mentor and train junior marketing data analysts. Job Requirements
Master's degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field plus 4 years of experience in data analytics and marketing consulting required. The U.S. base salary range for this position is Salary: $108,077/yr-$108,077/yr + benefits (www.transunion.com/about-us/careers/life-at-tu).annually. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may also be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
