Hiring Range: $120,401-$135,451 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits and vacation accrual
Work Mode: Hybrid; 2 On site days per week which can increase based on operational needs *see below for more details about this work mode.

Hours of work:35 Hours per week
Reports to: Manager Housing System Performance
Team Structure: In this role you will Supervise a small team of Specialists including Housing System Specialists and a Housing Analytics Specialist
What you will do in this role:
What the role requires:
A satisfactory Level 1 Criminal Record Check obtained directly from a police station (third-party background checks will not be accepted).
Masterslevel education in human services, political studies, public policy, or a related field, plus a minimum of five years experience in housing policy or government/stakeholder relations with a housing focus.
Minimum three years of leadership experience including supervision, coaching, or team oversight.
Expert knowledge of housing policy and operational issues related to developing, maintaining, and delivering community housing supports, including regulatory requirements and client outcomes.
High political acuity with the ability to navigate sensitive issues, anticipate stakeholder reactions, and respond with tact and diplomacy.
Experience with public consultation and facilitation.
Expert knowledge of statistical and analytical concepts to develop information products for diverse audiences.
Ability to conduct rapid, highquality research on emerging issues to inform senior leadership.
Knowledge of process management, program evaluation, performance measurement, quality management, business analysis, and other improvement methodologies.
Skills/Abilities:
Proven ability to lead complex strategic projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong public speaking and communication skills with the ability to engage Council, senior leaders, government officials, community partners, and other stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically and provide expert advice that supports both operational and longterm system objectives.
Advanced analytical skills using legislation, needs assessments, research, statistics, and rootcause analysis to evaluate information and improve programs or develop new approaches, including advocacy positions.
Strong negotiation and conflictresolution skills.
Understanding of changemanagement principles and the ability to apply them; formal training considered an asset.

Work Mode & Job Location:
In this role, youll benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes meaningful in-person connection. A minimum of two days per week on-site is expected, with additional in-person presence as operational needs evolve. This arrangement allows for a blend of in person and hybrid work that adapts to support both organizational priorities and employee flexibility and is subject to change over time.
