Provide senior technical leadership for secure, scalable applications supporting Medicaid DDI and modernized Provider Plus delivery. Combine hands-on engineering, design review and AI-assisted development to improve productivity while enforcing architecture, security, testing and production-readiness standards.

- Lead application design and implementation standards across React/TypeScript, .NET 10/C#, APIs, data, integrations and AWS workloads.
- Review complex designs, code, test evidence and technical specifications; resolve defects, performance issues and production risks.
- Guide multi-tenant architecture, configuration-driven behavior, feature flags, versioning and compatibility with required legacy interfaces.
- Guide PostgreSQL modeling, conversion/reconciliation, REST and event-driven integrations, Glue/Spark batch workloads and Kafka/MSK patterns.
- Establish Terraform, CI/CD, automated quality gates, observability, secure logging, vulnerability remediation and release controls.
- Mentor engineers and communicate technical decisions, risks, tradeoffs and recommendations across product and DDI teams.
What we're looking for- 9+ years of Application Development, including Technical Leadership.
- Expert hands-on C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript experience, including React, APIs and cloud-native engineering.
- Advanced PostgreSQL/SQL, integration, AWS and automated-delivery experience.
- Medicaid, Medicare, MMIS/MES or regulated healthcare experience preferred.

December 30, 2026The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
