The Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) Finance organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our Advanced Products & Solutions (APS), Electro-Optical Infrared Solutions (EO/IRS) businesses. This position will be responsible for the daily business execution and financial activities for a set of programs mainly produced out of the McKinney Consolidated Manufacturing Center.
What You Will Do- Cost/schedule control and analysis, forecasting, estimate-at-completion (EAC), variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting for a set of assigned programs.
- Frequent collaboration with the Program Manager, and CAM's/IPTLs, Material Program Managers, and Mission Area PMO/Finance.
- Personal involvement in the successful execution of contracts.
- Drive the finance process for a set of programs to influence processes related to EVM policies and procedures and ensure we adhere to them with regards to BOM traceability, production labor, and production support labor.
- Actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects. Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis will be required as well.
Qualifications You Must Have - Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Experience using SAP business systems
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Qualifications We Prefer- Experience using PRISM EV (Preferred)
- Interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, etc.) in program development and execution
- Excellent organizational skills in leading/coordinating program personnel toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries to customer, organization, and peers
- Demonstrated ability to influence others and achieve results
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize required systems/tools and independently create and accurately analyze data

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
