Renal Associates, P.A. is hiring Advanced Practice Providers!

Preferred candidates will have experience working in nephrology, cardiology, or the hospitalist setting, although it is not required. Training is provided to ensure a smooth transition for candidates without nephrology experience. For required travel, mileage is reimbursed.

Hiring Package:
  • $100,000-$115,000 base salary DOE
  • Bonus opportunity of 10% of net collections >1,000
  • PTO 20 days/year + 8 paid holidays


Schedule/Practice Details:
  • Flexible schedule to include a combination of dialysis center rounding, daytime hospital coverage, and/or outpatient clinic coverage
  • Exact schedule will be discussed during initial practice interview - dependent upon APP location

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree program in nursing or physician assistant studies with nationally recognized course content, formal clinical preparation with minimum hour standards per program requirements.
  • Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics.
  • Provide nursing expertise in diagnosis and treatment to prevent, remediate, or alleviate illness and promote health, thus, resulting in improved patient outcomes.
  • Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations.
  • Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans.
  • Knowledge of documentation in medical records in confidential manner.
