Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team at our
Willow Lakes location in Willow Street, PA. This
full-time opportunity offers a highly desirable
Monday - Friday daytime schedule with minimal call, supporting a
strong work-life balance. HealthWorks is a

South Central Pennsylvania to provide convenient, high-quality care directly to their employees. Our clinics deliver a comprehensive range of services including

independent clinical practice, we are seeking candidates with
a minimum of two years of primary care experience who are passionate about delivering patient-centered care.

Position Requirements:- Current Licensure as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner by the Pennsylvania Board of Medicine
- Valid, unrestricted Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number
- Participation as a provider in good standing in the Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare programs and such other third-party payment programs, including managed care programs in which LGMG participates.
- Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience required due to the independent nature of the role
