Qualifications

  • Masters Degree Physician Assistant preferred
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • License: Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Licensed Physician Assistant upon hire, including BLS/ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational health services including DOT physicals, pre-employment exams, and injury care.
  • Maintain a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM schedule with no surgery duties.
  • Manage a patient volume of 10-12 per day for quality care.
  • Work independently while collaborating with a network of physicians and APPs.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider - Occupational Health

Location: Lebanon, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Champion:
  • Occupational Health focused practice providing DOT physicals, pre-employment exams, and work-related injury care.
  • Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-4:30 PM) with no surgery responsibilities and excellent work-life balance.
  • Manageable patient volume of 10-12 patients per day, allowing for quality patient interactions.
  • Opportunities to work independently while collaborating with experienced physicians and APPs across Lebanon and New Holland locations.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:
  • Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
  • Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
  • Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

Work Experience:
  • 1 year Required

Licenses:
  • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
  • Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
  • Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:
  • BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
  • Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
  • Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
  • Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
