Work Model: Outpatient-focused-no hospital rounds, no weekend marathons!
Schedule: Flexible Monday through Friday, with no on-call shifts. Yes, you read that right: no midnight alarms.
Compensation: Competitive guaranteed salary plus a work RVU bonus model. Hard work pays-literally.
