- Exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient care only.
- Excellent schedule; Monday - Friday, 5 8s or 4 10s with no weekends
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history taking, physical exams, and diagnostic testing.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests.
- Provide ongoing management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal medicine, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to patient care.

Work Experience:Licenses:- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:- BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
- Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
