We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Chambersburg, PA.

What you can expect at your practice:
  • Full-time position with dynamic group; Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with heart failure/cardiology experience preferred
  • Position is a combination of both inpatient and outpatient, dedicated to heart failure
  • Monday - Friday Schedule
  • Successful candidate will be energetic, compassionate, and self-motivated
