What you can expect at your practice:- Full-time position with dynamic group; Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with heart failure/cardiology experience preferred
- Position is a combination of both inpatient and outpatient, dedicated to heart failure
- Monday - Friday Schedule
- Successful candidate will be energetic, compassionate, and self-motivated
