Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) to join our Endocrinology team. The APC will work collaboratively with the endocrinology clinicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and metabolic disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Manage chronic endocrine conditions, including medication management, lifestyle counseling, and follow-up care.
  • Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising endocrinologist.
  • Provide patient education on disease management, medication adherence, and preventive care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
