Job DescriptionAs an Integrated Supply Chain Advanced Mfg Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in advancing manufacturing processes within the Integrated Supply Chain organization. You will leverage your engineering expertise to optimize manufacturing operations, enhance production efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence.
You will report directly to our leadership team and you'll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing processes, contributing to cost savings, quality improvements, and timely delivery of products within the supply chain.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes and technologies to improve production efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, quality, and production to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing manufacturing data and recommending process optimizations.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE- 3+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering or related field within supply chain or production environments
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and quality control methodologies
- Proficiency with manufacturing engineering tools such as CAD software, process simulation tools, and data analysis software
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
WE VALUE- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience in supply chain or integrated manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of automation technologies and digital manufacturing solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional projects
- Familiarity with manufacturing data analytics and visualization tools
