  • Design and execute test vehicles, stress tests, and characterization plans to rigorously assess glass interposer reliability.
  • Perform thermo-mechanical FEA analyses to support product performance and reliability assessments.
  • Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) to proactively identify design risks and bolster product reliability.
  • Assist in module design activities for existing and future product innovations, enhancing overall development efforts.
  • Liaise with vendors to finalize and validate design specifications for new parts, ensuring they meet project requirements.

Qualifications

Must-Have:
  • PhD in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering
