Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Certified needed to provide independent acute and/or routine medical care to a family practice outpatient population.
Nurse Practitioner candidates must hold a valid RN license that allows practice in Washington State, a Masters Degree in Nursing and must have successfully completed a degree program offered by a national certifying body recognized by the Washington State Nursing Commission.
JOB KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Graduate of an accredited NP or ARNP program.
Training and Experience:
One (1) year experience as an NP preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Active WA State RN & NP License required. Current BLS certification required. Active unrestricted DEA license required.
Physician Assistant - Certified (PA-C) candidates must have successfully completed a program from one of the following accreditation organizations: Accreditation Review Committee on Education for the Physician Assistant, Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, or Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation and successful completion of the national examination given by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Completion of an accredited physician assistant program.
Training and Experience:
Three (3) years in a primary care practice preferred. Maintains compliance with Washington Medical Commission requirements for licensure, and national requirements for board certification.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Has passed a national NCCPA board examination for certification. Current licensure in Washington State required. Current BLS required. Active unrestricted DEA license required.
