This fully remote role is open to
candidates residing in Florida and offers the opportunity to directly impact revenue cycle performance across the health system.
What You'll Do- Maintain, support, and enhance the Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) application with a focus on community connect configuration.
- Diagnose, triage, and resolve incidents and problems related to Epic PB functionality.
- Partner with Revenue Cycle Operations, IS teams, and project stakeholders on enhancements, system optimization, and workflow improvements.
- Participate in system upgrades and new functionality rollouts, including testing, validation, and documentation.
- Provide PB-related data analysis to support key revenue cycle initiatives and operational performance.
- Contribute Epic subject-matter expertise to cross-functional projects requiring PB configuration knowledge.
What You'll Bring- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting or configuring Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB).
- Epic PB certification or accreditation required.
- Preferred experience with:
- Community Connect Configuration
- Single Billing Office (SBO) workflows
- Estimates
- Reporting/SlicerDicer
- PB Workqueues (Credit, Charge Review, Follow-up, etc.)
- New department build
- Charge Capture/Charge Router
- Strong understanding of professional billing workflows, revenue cycle processes, and payer requirements.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate with autonomy in a remote or hybrid work environment.
