We are hiring a
Missile Tracking Systems Engineer in Scottsdale, AZ to support advanced
space-based missile tracking and signal processing systems for mission-critical defense applications. This role requires expertise in
digital signal processing (DSP), radar signal processing, RF signal conditioning, MATLAB modeling, phased array systems, beamforming, Monte Carlo analysis, and algorithm development supporting advanced aerospace and space systems programs.
Responsibilities:- Development of digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms implemented in hardware and/or software for space-based systems
- Application of advanced DSP techniques, including:
- Detection & Estimation Theory
- Random Processes Analysis
- Communications & Information Theory
- Statistical analysis of signal parameter measurements
- Experience with radar signal processing and RF signal conditioning/mitigation
- Familiarity with phased array systems and beamforming techniques
- Use of MATLAB (DSP toolboxes) for modeling, simulation, and algorithm development
- Experience with Monte Carlo analysis for system performance evaluation
Qualifications:- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or STEM field OR Master's degree plus 3 years of related experience
- 5+ years of recent experience designing and developing complex algorithm-based systems
