  • Work with client and ADP teams to ensure Mexico statutory and regulatory compliance throughout system configuration and payroll design.
  • Support data migration activities, parallel testing, issue analysis, and defect resolution.
  • Validate payroll results, wage type behavior, statutory contributions, income tax calculations, and other Mexico-specific payroll components.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integration points, time and attendance inputs, retroactivity handling, and year-to-date validations.
  • Provide guidance and documentation to support knowledge transfer, stabilization, and go-live readiness.

Full Job Description
Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our LATAM HCM Practice to support a GlobalView Mexico payroll implementation. This senior consultant will operate on the vendor side of the implementation, providing deep functional expertise in Mexico payroll, GlobalView configuration, and end-to-end implementation activities. The role requires a strong command of SAP HR/Payroll environments and hands-on involvement throughout project phases. This is a remote, full-time assignment aligned to Mexico business hours.

  • Provide senior-level functional leadership for the Mexico payroll stream of a GlobalView implementation.
  • Support vendor-side delivery activities, including requirements gathering, functional design, configuration oversight, and testing.

Required Qualification(s):
  • Senior-level expertise in Mexico payroll with strong functional knowledge of SAP HR/Payroll and ADP GlobalView.
  • Proven experience supporting or leading vendor-side implementation activities.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, parallel runs, and payroll result validation.
  • Ability to interpret Mexico payroll rules, statutory requirements, income tax, social security, and employer/employee contribution logic.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in complex payroll environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional project teams.

Preferred Qualification(s):
  • Experience in multiple LATAM payroll implementations.
  • Background in both functional consulting and technical (ABAP) collaboration.
  • Familiarity with migration projects, enhancement packages, carve-outs, or upgrade scenarios.

Duration:
Immediate start preferred.
Initial 6-month assignment with high likelihood of extension through project completion.

Full-time.
