Responsibilities

Develop and maintain community referral relationships to boost facility occupancy.
Market services effectively within the community to increase awareness.
Manage pre-admission and admission processes to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
Collaborate with Central Intake to efficiently process referrals.
Conduct facility tours and follow-up with prospective clients.
Create and implement a strategic sales plan to enhance facility representation.
Ensure preparedness of rooms for new admissions.
Participate in community events to promote services and foster relationships.
Deliver outstanding customer service to potential clients and partners.
Engage in professional networking and event participation to build brand presence.

CommuniCare Health Services is seeking an experienced healthcare professional with sales and marketing abilities for the position of Admissions Sales Director for Annandale Healthcare Center located in the Annandale, VA area. This is an internal and external position that will focus on professional healthcare sales development.

QUALIFICATIONS

H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent.
Previous experience as marketing / admissions in health care required. Long Term Care experience preferred.
Knowledge and experience with medicare, medicaid and private insurance
Advanced computer skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Reliable transportation a must
Flexibility with days and time needed
Able to work independently with a pleasant personality
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspect of the job
Must possess basic computer skills.
