Admissions Nurse (LPN)

Location: Green Valley Rehabilitation Center (Eugene, OR)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday 11:00am - 7:00pm, some flex weekends will be required.

Pay: $37.97/HR - $53.58/HR (DOE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Admissions Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, customer-friendly admissions process that supports patients and their families with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will help create a positive first impression by guiding new admissions through a seamless and efficient experience-while maintaining all required documentation and regulatory standards.

The Admissions Nurse will serve as a vital liaison between patients, families, and our interdisciplinary team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong clinical judgment, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
