Admissions Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admissions Director to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to patient discharge. In this role, you will work closely with our nursing staff, patients, and families to ensure that every individual receives the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the admissions process, including coordinating with nursing staff, patients, and families to ensure a smooth transition into our facility
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to ensure a smooth admissions process.
• Review and analyze admissions data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure seamless communication and coordination between the admissions and nursing departments
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of patient admissions and discharges
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and concerns related to admissions and patient care

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
