What You9ll DoAs Administrator, you9ll provide overall leadership for the organization by:
- Leading daily operations and ensuring outstanding patient care
- Providing financial stewardship, budgeting, and operational oversight
- Ensuring compliance with Medicare and state requirements
- Supporting, coaching, and developing an exceptional interdisciplinary team
- Partnering with the Clinical Manager to drive quality initiatives and clinical excellence
- Building relationships with physicians, referral partners, and community organizations
- Promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Reporting organizational performance to CEO and the Board of Directors

Requirements
We9re looking for someone who is both a strategic leader and a servant leader.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor9s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field (Master9s preferred)
- Minimum five years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
- Hospice, home health, or post-acute care leadership experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and operational performance
- Strong understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for developing people and creating positive workplace culture
