Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum five years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
• Hospice, home health, or post-acute care leadership experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets and operational performance
• Strong understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Passion for developing people and creating positive workplace culture

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure outstanding patient care
• Provide financial stewardship, budgeting, and operational oversight
• Ensure compliance with Medicare and state requirements
• Support, coach, and develop an exceptional interdisciplinary team
• Partner with the Clinical Manager to drive quality initiatives and clinical excellence
• Build relationships with physicians, referral partners, and community organizations
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Report organizational performance to CEO and the Board of Directors
