Administrator - Seniors Rental Housing & Assisted LivingEvergreen Heights and Manor | White Rock British Columbia| Full-TimeThe OpportunityWe're looking for an Administrator to lead operations at Evergreen Heights and Manor, our seniors Rental Housing and Assisted Living communities in White Rock.
In this role, you will oversee resident services, occupancy management, financial administration, team leadership, facilities oversite and regulatory compliance. Working closely with residents, families, team members, and community partners, you will help ensure exceptional resident experiences, high quality services and a welcoming community where seniors can experience life well.
What You'll Do- Support resident admissions, occupancy and community engagement
- Foster positive resident and family relationships and promote resident satisfaction
- Oversee community operations, maintenance coordination, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure safe, efficient, and resident-centered service delivery
- Manage occupancy, resident accounts, reporting and budget administration
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records
- Lead, coach and support team members
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, and team member development
- Foster a collaborative and service focused culture
What you Bring Education:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in seniors housing, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors or a related environment
- Experience managing community operations, resident services, occupancy budgets and team performance

Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary between $88,000-$100,000 annually
