The Administrative Director, Growth & Transformation is responsible for developing and executing Augusta Medical Group's market expansion strategy to improve patient access and support long-term organizational growth. This leader identifies opportunities for geographic expansion, develops business cases for new markets and services, manages external consulting partners and vendors, and coordinates implementation efforts across operational departments.
The Administrative Director serves as the central project leader for strategic growth initiatives, ensuring projects remain aligned with organizational priorities and are executed on time and within budget.
Education and Experience Requirements:- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA or MHA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in healthcare strategy, healthcare operations, consulting, business development or project management required.
- Experience with market analyses preferred
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets preferred

- Assess competitive landscape.
- Develop business plans and prepare financial feasibility analysis.
- Serve as AMG's relationship manager for consultants and vendors supporting strategic decisions.
- Support executive and governance leadership by preparing board materials, monitoring project KPIs, and presenting routine updates to appropriate audiences.
Project Leadership- Lead the implementation of approved strategic initiatives.
