About the job Administration & Operations Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:- Overall administration and operational management of the U.S. entity
- Payroll and HR-related coordination for current U.S. employees
- Communication with accountants, attorneys, and other external professional service providers
- Coordination of HR, finance, accounting, legal, general affairs, office, and vendor management matters
- Follow-up on contracts, expenses, corporate documents, and other entity-related requirements
- Tracking ongoing project schedules, issues, and action items
- Supporting the Ford-related project in Kentucky
- Supporting T-Robotics' CEO during his U.S. business trips
- Accompanying management on business trips to Kentucky, California, and other U.S. locations as needed
- Taking broader responsibility for U.S. operations as the organization expands
Qualifications:- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- Capable of conducting business calls, writing professional emails, and communicating with external professional firms in English
- Experience managing the operations of a U.S. entity, subsidiary, or small-to-medium-sized business
- Experience coordinating HR, payroll, accounting, finance, general affairs, and legal matters
- Project management or manufacturing-related experience is preferred
- Flexible and comfortable handling a broad range of responsibilities
- Mature and professional enough to directly support senior executives
- Available for domestic travel within the United States
- Potential to grow into a senior U.S. entity management role
