Finance Manager - Acura Highland Park

Acura Highland Park, part of Murgado Automotive Group, is hiring an experienced Finance Manager to support our sales team and help customers finalize vehicle purchases with confidence. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented automotive finance professional who understands lender relationships, F&I products, compliance requirements, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Do

As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with Client Advisors and sales managers to secure financing, present finance and insurance products, complete accurate paperwork, and ensure every transaction is handled professionally and ethically.
  • Arrange financing options that support dealership profitability and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, manufacturer financing partners, and other lenders.
  • Present vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other F&I products clearly and professionally.
  • Partner with Client Advisors and sales managers to keep paperwork organized and ready for the business office.
  • Prepare and review all documents related to retail and lease transactions, including signatures, payoff information, insurance details, title, lien, and tax information.
  • Process finance and lease deals accurately, fairly, and efficiently through approved financial sources.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, manufacturer, and dealership requirements.
  • Explain manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies to customers.
  • Support and train sales staff on financing, insurance, warranty, and extended service program benefits.
  • Assist with alternative finance source programs and keep the sales team informed about current finance and lease programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
