In this remote position reporting to the Director, Actuarial Analytics/Forecasting, you will oversee all post-acute network management analytics in a specific area of CenterWell. This is a new role for a growing part of the business. The role's primary responsibility will build an alternative payment model for post-acute care. You will work with the network strategy team. You will not have any direct reports, although there is potential for future direct reports if this work continues to grow.
As Actuary, Network Management Analytics, you will ensure data integrity by developing necessary processes and controls around the flow of data. Collaborate with partners to understand needs/issues, troubleshoot problems, conduct root cause analysis, and develops cost-effective resolutions for data anomalies. Advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Decision-making on complex issues regarding job responsibilities and related tasks. Analyze variable factors and determine the best course of action.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Coding experience (SAS, SQL, Databricks)
- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation plus recent relevant work experience or other relevant professional designations
- Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA)
- Experience in more than two functions (e.g., modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting & analysis, reserving or trending)
Preferred Qualifications
- Innovative mindset

- Have managed direct reports
- Data visualization experience (Power BI)

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$129,300 - $177,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
