About the Role
Develop your capabilities in pricing, reserving, capital management, predictive modeling, large-account pricing and business-unit consulting while working toward passage of actuarial exams. Basic Qualifications
- Compeleted Bachelors Degree and No prior experience required in the Actuarial area
OR
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with Associate Degree and 2 or more years technical/insurance experience
- Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous actuarial internship or related experience
- Successful completion of two or more actuarial exams
- Dedication to the Casualty Actuarial Societies' accreditation exam process with a goal of obtaining both ACAS and FCAS
- Ability to analyze data and offer insight to non-technical professionals
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and/or knowledge of statistical analysis software
Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. The proposed salary range for this position is $80,200.00 - $96,000.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
