Overview

Nakupuna Solutions seeksan Activity Manager for The Office of Program Transition and Supply Chain (PTSC), whichleads the Department of States health systems transition planning on behalf of the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD). In this capacity, PTSC develops and oversees the execution of bilateral transition MOUs and country implementation plans,establishingrequirements, standards, targets, and timelines, and monitoring progress against those plans. PTSC also serves as GHSDs center of excellence for private-sector engagement, private-finance mobilization, and economic analysis. In addition, the office oversees the global supply chain contract, ensuring the safe,timelyand effective delivery of HIV, malaria, and TB commodities to more than 70 countries on a regular and ongoing basis.

The position willsupport the GOR/AOR award management team as Activity Manager by providing technical input into the design and guidance of new initiatives and awards, translating priorities into scopes, budgets, and results frameworks. The Activity Manager will coordinate the awardlifecycleto ensure compliant,timelydelivery and support strong closeout and transition documentation,maintainingvisibility into portfolio timelines and dependencies.

  • Provide technical input into the design and guidance of new initiatives and awards
  • Translate program priorities into scopes of work, budgets, and results frameworks
  • Coordinate the award lifecycle, including clearances, start-up, modifications, and milestone tracking
  • Ensure compliance with award requirements andtimelydelivery of activities
  • Support strong closeout and transition documentation for completed awards
  • Maintain visibility into portfolio timelines, dependencies, and key deliverables
  • Prepare reports, updates, and recommendations for the award management team

Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience in award and activity management, including lifecycle coordination
  • Strong technical writing and analytical skills for developing scopes, budgets, and results frameworks
  • Familiarity with U.S. government or international donor award compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities andmaintainoversight of complex portfolios
  • Attention to detail in documentation and process management

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Public Health, International Development, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in award management, program design, and activity management, including experience with U.S. government or international donor-funded programs

Work Schedule and Location: Position is full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) in Washington, DC

Travel:Occasional domestic and international travelrequired, including travel to meetings, conferences, and multilateral engagements(25% international travel).

Clearance Requirements:MustpossessaSecret-level security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $140,500 to $165,500 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies' total compensation package for employees.
